For me it one of the best synthesis of the Chinese Traditional Internal Martial Arts Fists & weapons.
Good applications from his 27 Fist form, Anfa is not sparing any hidden combat use specific to Wudang school .  Anfa 's students also demonstrated a good mastery in their demonstration, especially the young woman offering grace and precision in each movement. The most impressive is the Taiyi Sword a blend of smooth and fast thrusting power which gives us the real taste of the Wudang experts's favorite weapon.

Before I was wondering if there will be a continuation of Lu ZJ school, now  I am sure that this student will continue to teach it and develop with his followers.
For me it one of the best synthesis of the Chinese Traditional Internal Martial Arts Fists & weapons. The health preservation exercisesof first DVD  are nice and enough compact for a daily routine while slightly more demanding than the well known Brocards exerccises and it is even better as too many practioners are too "soft'" in their practice, so the Limb exercises are perfect to bring them further in intensity.  Then all Taiyi  fist and weapons techniques have integrated  the most important principles expected in internal martla arts: circular steps, body unity, stretching, ambush tactics, reeling power... all are inside.  By the way I found recently Xiao Anfa with a growing "a la" Lu Zujian...

Following to the main theories of regulated routines of China National Tai Chi, the routine was inherited, developed and adapted from the original one. The traditional Wudang Taiyi Single Broadsword is one of the weapons of Wudang Mountain martial arts. Its features are relaxing the whole body and making live Qi in the DanTian. It has many changes in techniques, such as cutting, chopping, lifting, stabbling, intercepting, hanging, pushing, and moving along. It moves like violent tigers running down from mountain with flexible footwork and body techniques. They are flexible and changeable. The broadsword can move around the neck, head, twist wrist and body.

The Traditional Wudang Taiyi Sword is part of the short weapons in Wudang Tai Chi. It bears not only half of Wudang characters, but also has its own unique characteristics. In Wudang Taiyi sword knacks,  it is hard to fathom its 13 postures. The sword's movements are challenging. There are chopping and hitting. To better inheriting and promoting its value of building up body, Xiao Anfa and his disciple Zhang Guangping adapted its 84 postures and shortened them into 52 ones. It is divided into 6 successive sections, with the features of harmonizing the hard with the soft and flexible stretch. During its performance, the postures should be accurate and flowing.
